Digital Products

All digital products—including but not limited to eBooks, PDFs, workbooks, guides, downloadable resources, and digital courses—are non-refundable once purchased.

 

Due to the nature of digital content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final. Once a download has been delivered or access has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchased content, we are happy to assist and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

 

If physical products are offered, refund and return eligibility will be outlined at the point of purchase or in a separate Physical Goods Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Event Tickets, Speaking Engagements & Bookings

 

Payments for events, speaking engagements, workshops, or live sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement or contract. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer or host, terms will be governed by the signed agreement.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

 

Initiating a chargeback after accessing digital content violates this policy. If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue before a chargeback is filed.
